5 Things to Know: Military Display, Drug Take Back, Harvest Festival

  1. All manner of military aircraft, vehicles and first responder vehicles will be on display Sunday at the annual Wings, Wheels & Rotors open house at the Los Alamitos Army Airfield. The event is free and open to the public. Find out details here
  2. The Seal Beach Police Department will host a prescription drug take back day Saturday in front of the Seal Beach Police Department. Residents can drop off drugs anonymously for disposal. 
  3. Rancho Los Alamitos will host its Spirit of the Harvest Festival this Sunday from noon until 4:30 p.m. Admission is free and includes a variety of events and activities surrounded around local history. See more details on the ranch's website
  4. Looking for something spooky to do before Halloween? Head down to Aliso Viejo as Soka University’s student clubs are once again combining their ghastly talents to host the 12th annual Halloween fair and haunted house on Friday and Saturday nights.
