I’m Leslie Eskildsen, a Realtor in Mission Viejo.  I put together the web site <strong>What Agents Fear Telling You</strong> to provide a place where you can come for the bottom line, the real deal, no sugar coating on Real Life Real Estate.

Things that are often hard to hear, scary, too detailed, too technical, but part of the reality of a successful Real Estate Transaction.  What Agents Fear Telling You.  Get it?

As an active agent in Orange County, I get to see and hear a ton of Real Estate stuff.  My clients come up with over 200 questions per transaction – and then there are the all the other players who come up with their own drama.  Some questions come from people’s halucinations – usually due to a lack of accurate information.  Or a story they heard about someone else’s transaction.  Third hand.  And it happened 40 years ago.  I also get to see quirky, impressive, hysterical, or horrifying houses and I just feel the need to share.  So I started blogging.  And making videos.

Two things are for sure.  I am passionate about doing the right thing for my clients and I like to have fun. This blog is where I can take the professionalism I use to guide people through what is, at the time, the single largest financial transaction they have ever made.  And talk about the things along the journey that are absolutely priceless.  I figure if my clients are asking these questions, you may be, too.  In a tone that’s in between Jack Nicholson “You want the truth?  You can’t handle the truth!” and Tom Cruise “Help me help you!” Enjoy!
