Or at least replace or add lights to the areas that are not well lighted and dangerous at night. These include around schools, parks, and the shopping center. Until he was murdered by Dale Quinn. Eight days in Prison. Why not eight years? He was so much fun to play with and we all liked them both so much. It just makes me sick to think that Quinn is free.

I think from what I read above that she got off very easy. This is so sad. I would like to know who is going to ensure that Quinn avoids all social activities that Mrs. Dilion attends. I agree the killer should be asked to move. She's lucky she isn't moving into a jail cell! My heart and prayers go out to this family.
