Founded by Andrew Cherng in 1983, Panda Express has grown to dominate the Chinese fast food business. This billion-dollar company had its humble beginnings in the Glendale Galleria Mall food court. It serves rice, chow mein and a variety of Chinese dishes. One of the most popular dishes is its orange chicken, a deep-fried chicken morsel glazed with a sweet and tangy orange sauce.
