Oodles is a discount boutique founded in 1998. Everything in the store -- clothing, jewelry, purses and scarves -- is 50 percent off the marked price. How is this possible? The owner of Oodles buys overstock from high-end boutiques and sells those goods at half price. Oodles also has a garden for customers to stroll. This Oodles store is one of two locations.
