California Pizza Kitchen

<p>In 1985, two lawyers opened this chain restaurant. It is a high quality casual restaurant with a unique concept. It serves hearth-baked pizzas as well as creative salads, distinctive pastas, soups, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts. The owners took the advice of a friend and visited the Far East. Soon after, the restaurant had great new entrees such as Singapore Shrimp Rolls. It has a separate outside patio and is located at a shopping mall with a huge parking lot.</p> <p></p>
