Located in the College Park East neighborhood, Bluebell Park sits at the corner of Almond Avenue and Bluebell Street. It features a large grassy area with several mature trees. It has a basketball court and a jungle gym with a tall and winding slide. Bluebell Park has four benches, two picnic tables and a water fountain.
