& Ampersand

& Ampersand cuts hair and does makeup. It does not have a sign out front, only the name on the door. It is located on the ground floor of a nice, but a maze of other comapnies providing services. Two Japenese woman, who are very nice, run the show here. They use a number of Japenses products, spices and cly shampoos. Their prices are below the norm.
