Fish Fry Draws Thousands for Food Friends and Fun

The event will continue throughout the day culminating in the raffle for a brand new ford.

Thousands turned out for live music, fish and chips, secret recipe cole slaw, good friends and a good cause Saturday at the 67th Annual Seal Beach Lions Club Fish Fry.

Each year, the event raises about $50,000 for community service projects and programs for the blind.

The fish fry will continue today from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Eisenhower Park, and it will culminate in he raffle of a 2011 Ford car.
