Los Alamitos' First-Round Playoff Opponents Revealed

The CIF Southern Section office released playoff pairings for boys and girls basketball and girls water polo today. Soccer pairings will be released Monday.
The Los Alamitos boys and girls basketball teams were seeded No 14 in their playoff divisions. The boys open at home against Lynwood Wednesday at 7 p.m., and the girls travel to Walnut on Thursday for their first-round game, also at 7.
The Griffins' girls water polo team is seeded No. 2 in the Division I playoffs and plays host to the winner of the wild-card game between Beckman and Costa Mesa on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
