Interview with a Griffin: Varsity Football Player Luke Pastell

Los Alamitos High School student Luke Pastell, 17, says he likes In-N-Out and playing football with his friends.

The last game of the season for Los Alamitos High School starts tonight. 

The Griffins will take on Newport Harbor High School at Vet Stadium.

And we thought we'd end our player profiles with a player of few words.

At least, he was a player of few words during our interview with him.

Name: Luke Pastell

Position: Wide Receiver and Safety

Height: 6'1"

Weight: 185 pounds (height and weight, according to maxpreps.com)

Grade: Senior

What do you love about football? "The games are fun. (Plus) playing with all your friends."

Any challenges over the past few years? "I haven’t had any injuries."

What do you like about the team? "We’re all really close to each other."

Food: In & Out.

Favorite Subject: Math.

Any particular college you've signed up with: Not yet.
