Looking for an alternative to Super Bowl Sunday for the kids? Bring them out to the SUper Kids Sunday 5K and Fun Run event at the Belmont Plaza Olympic Pool. This event is sponsored by the UC Irvine Pediatrics and Miller Children's Hospital to elevate awareness on childhood obesity and also promote a day of fitness, good health and wellness for all ages.
Games for kids of all ages and giveaways promoting the battle against childhood obesity will be on hand. All children who finish the Fun Run will be awarded for finishing the race.
Registration closes Friday, February 4, 2011 at 11:59pm and the fees are $25 per person.
