Social skills summer day camp for children with High Functioning Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD/ADD, anxiety disorders, and similar characteristics. Instructors Janie Nilsson and Kathie Mason, both credentialed teachers, will help campers set goals for themselves, learn the specific skills required for each activity, and participate in discussion groups. Campers will be interviewed by instructors upon registering to ensure behavioral safety criteria are met.
During this week, campers will be challenged with an obstacle course, build a roller coaster, or play sports on the Wii.
Campers can register for the other two camps, (July 11 to 15) and (July 18 to 22); sign up for all three weeks and receive a discounted rate of $950.
