Social skills summer day camp for children with High Functioning Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD/ADD, anxiety disorders, and similar characteristics. Instructors Janie Nilsson and Kathie Mason, both credentialed teachers, will help campers set goals for themselves, learn the specific skills required for each activity, and participate in discussion groups. Campers will be interviewed by instructors upon registering to ensure behavioral safety criteria are met.
During this week, campers will visit the OC Fair, create and play midway games, compete against friends in Turtle Races, and cook up some tasty “Fair” treats!
Campers can register for the other two camps, (July 5 to 8) and (July 11 to 15); sign up for all three weeks and receive a discounted rate of $950.
