WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Anyone. You don’t have to be a Navy SEAL (it just helps…) Do it alone, or join a team of up to 3.WHEN: Saturday 5.26.12 @ 10am WHERE: CrossFit Seal Beach WHY: To honor fallen military members with our pain and sweat, (some tears and blood too I’m sure), and to raise money for charities supporting military causes. HOW MUCH: Registration is $15(2 for $25 and 3 for $30). WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO: All profits will benefit the Wounded Warrior Fund “Murph” consists of the following:

  • 1 Mile Run to start
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 mile run to finish
