"Be Fit With Joy" Fitness Class
Are You interested in staying Fit? Come and join us every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 A. M. Everyone is invited: Men, Women, Friends & Neighbors. We promise you a fun- filled hour. The class begins promptly at 9:30 A. M. with a spiritual meditation. We do low impact Aerobics & Toning, using weights and/or bands, along with the Balance Ball. Deep breathing and Yoga/stretching/Balancing are also part of the class, along with enjoying a 15 Min. walk to the Beach. Come and check us out.
