Are you interested in staying fit? Come and join us every Tuesday and Thursday Mornings in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30 A. M.The class is for Men and Women, Friends and Neighbors.
Learn how to breathe deeply, stretch, take a short walk to the beach, then come back for a section on low impact aerobics, toning with weights, bands or the balance ball. There are also sections on Yoga and balance. Each day and each week offer different ways to improve your body. The class begins promptly at 9:30 A. M. with a short Spiritual Meditation.
