Residents lined the berm this morning to catch a site of the 10 and 12-foot waves triggered by a storm in the central Pacific Ocean.
Surfers crowded the surf for a chance to ride the big waves that so rarely hit Seal Beach. The National Weather Service has a high surf advisory in effect through Saturday.
