Los Alamitos Girls Volleyball Competes in Final Today

The Los Alamitos girls volleyball team is competing in the Dave Mohs Tournament and will play in the final tonight.

The Griffins were stunned early Saturday morning by Rosary HS 2-0.

Then, later Saturday afternoon, the Griffins faced a determined and confident Santa Margarita squad.  The Griffins lost game 1 in front of a jam-packed sideline and reclaimed victory in game 2 and dominated in the final game 3, 15-8.

The Griffins in games 2 and 3 against Margarita demonstrated what happens when this squad plays with confidence, determination, and together; they win.

Tonight’s match-up is at 7p at Edison HS and costs $5 for entry.
