Los Al Water Polo Star Named All County Player of the Year

This week, Rachel Fattal became the first player to ever earn the honor twice.

OCVarsity and The Orange County Register named Los Alamitos High School water polo star Rachel Fattal, as the All County Player of the Year this week.

She is the first player to ever receive the honor twice.

Calling her the best two-way player in the county, the newspaper noted that,

“behind the well-rounded play and leadership of Fattal during the winter, the Griffins climbed as high as third in the county rankings and reached the CIF-SS Division 1 quarterfinals.

For her efforts, Fattal is again The Register and OCVarsity's player of the year. Fattal, the county player of the year as a junior, becomes Orange County's first two-time player of the year in the 16-year history of the award.”
