A few things I think worth mentioning are:
1. Higher price homes are not moving like they did at the beginning of the year.

2. We are seeing price reductions on the MLS.
3. Lower price homes are still sold to folks with the most cash but the most cash now isn't "all cash". Some are going to the highest down payments and those seem to be closer to %30-50. That is a clear change if it continues. Maybe, just maybe, first time homebuyers with smaller downs but still well qualified will have a chance to buy a home soon.
