State Exposes Los Alamitos Tax Delinquent

The Franchise Tax Board says the Pacifica home health service owes half a million in state income tax.

Just in time for tax day, the state has issued a list of the 500 people who owe the most in state income tax.

High on the list is Pacifica In-Home Solutions of Los Alamitos. Pacifica provides home health services for the elderly and disabled. Lisa Carolyn Dickenson is the company's CEO.

According to the Franchise Tax Board, Pacifica owes a little over $522,000 in state income taxes.
