State Exposes Los Alamitos Tax Delinquent
The Franchise Tax Board says the Pacifica home health service owes half a million in state income tax.
Just in time for tax day, the state has issued a list of the 500 people who owe the most in state income tax.
High on the list is Pacifica In-Home Solutions of Los Alamitos. Pacifica provides home health services for the elderly and disabled. Lisa Carolyn Dickenson is the company's CEO.
According to the Franchise Tax Board, Pacifica owes a little over $522,000 in state income taxes.

A lien was filed on the company Nov. 9, 2011.
Last year the legislature gave the FTB more power and required them to publish more tax delinquents twice a year. The boards new powers include the ability to request that other states help collect California's income tax debts.

The board can now release the professions and professional license numbers of tax delinquents, too.
