You can ask this Sinatra to sing New York, New York but we doubt anything would happen. 

Of course, this tabby doesn't need a penthouse in the Big Apple to be happy. 

Sinatra is Long Beach Animal Care Services Rescue Cat of the Week. LBACS provides animal control services to Los Alamitos and Seal Beach, as well as Long Beach.
