911 Call Reveals Commotion of Aftermath

"Hey, we got some shootings over here in Seal Beach," said a man who watched the suspect leave the salon.

A 911 call made moments after alleged gunman Scott Dekraai stormed into a Seal Beach salon and shot nine people was released today by the California Highway Patrol.

"Hey, we got some shootings over here in Seal Beach," said the caller.

The man then went on to describe the suspect walking away from the crime scene.

Dekraai—who police say carried three guns and stopped to reload while spraying Salon Meritage with bullets—faces eight felony counts of murder with special circumstances, and one charge of attempted murder.
