SUSPICIOUS PERSON
- 12/10/2012 — 9:19 a.m. — Sea Breeze Drive — A man was delivering flyers and a woman said he tried to open her front door. The man was about 65 years old and had a backpack and front pack.
LOBBY
- 12/10/2012 — 10:42 a.m. —Iron Wood Avenue — An unknown suspect used the caller’s account to write a $7,000 check.
AUTO THEFT

- 12/10/2012 — 2:02 p.m. — 1st Street and Welcome — A red two-door Acura was stolen from the caller’s residence sometime between 4 p.m. Dec. 9 and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 10. The caller reportedly still has all the keys.
PETTY THEFT
- 12/11/2012 — 8:04 a.m. — 16th Street — A bike and a skateboard valued at $600 was stolen from an unlocked garage sometime between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 10 and 6:30 a.m. Dec. 11.

- 12/11/2012 —10:46 a.m. — 6th Street and Electric Avenue — A man reportedly urinated on the greenbelt area. He was described as wearing a black or blue hoodie and black pants with a red stripe down the side. He was also reportedly carrying a trash bag.
