Two Hospitalized in Head-On Crash

A driver drifted out of her lane and crossed the center divider, crashing into a car headed in the opposite direction on Seal Beach Boulevard.

Two people are hospitalized tonight following a head-on collision on Seal Beach Boulevard.

The driver of a two-door sedan headed northbound on Seal Beach Boulevard near Rossmoor Center Way apparently drifted out of her line, crossed the center island and crashed into another car head south in the left hand turn lane, said Seal Beach Police Sgt. Raul Ahumada.

Both drivers were shaken up, but their injuries don’t appear to be life threatening, said Ahumada. The accident occurred at about 9 p.m.
