Teens Seen Skateboarding on Seal Beach Roof

Also in Seal Beach Crime calls, someone stole a $600 stroller from the side of a local home.

Editor's Note: The following crime calls were made to the Seal Beach Police Department and listed on the SBPD dispatch log. 

PETTY THEFT

  • 03/14/2013 — 03/14/2013 — Seal Way — Someone stole a $600 stroller at the side of a residence. The stroller was taken sometime two days earlier.

NON-INJURY - TRAFFIC COLLISION

  • 03/15/2013 — 3:05 p.m. — Seal Beach and Towne Center —A silver Toyota RAV4 and maroon Toyota Camry were involved in a crash. 

MISSING ADULT

  • 03/16/2013 — 03:55 a.m. —Dogwood Avenue —A caller wanted to report his 25-year-old daughter missing. She went out for sushi in Huntington Beach and did not returned. He described her as blond with medium length hair and blue eyes. It turned out she was with friends in Huntington Beach. She reportedly had a few drinks and stayed at a friend’s residence.

DRUG USE

  • 03/16/2013 — 2:47 p.m. — Marina Drive — A 40-year-old man in a sweatshirt was outside the location smoking drugs. He was wearing jeans, sandals, sunglasses and a baseball cap, and was carrying a backpack.

DISTURBANCE – JUVENILES

  • 03/16/2013 — 3:07 p.m. — Bolsa Avenue — Juveniles were reported on the roof of a nearby structure. Officers spoke with about seven juveniles in front of the school on Bolsa Avenue about safety concerns. The juveniles were reportedly all Signal Hill residents.
