A Long Beach Police Department helicopter circled the Old Town Seal Beach neighborhood Wednesday evening looking for a lost and confused man deemed to be a “critical” missing person.
64-year-old Hubert Conley Pulley is suffering from an advanced case of Alzheimer's disease and went missing from his home in Long Beach early Wednesday. He was found Thursday morning at a hospital in Downey.
Nancy Pratt of the Long Beach Police Department said.
``He appears to be unharmed,'' Pratt said.
Pulley was reunited with his family, according to Pratt.
Hubert Conley Pulley was last seen at his home in the area of 36th Street and Gaviota Avenue, according to police. As of Wednesday evening, authorities had reason to believe he was in Old Town Seal Beach and searched for him there.
