AUTO BURGLARY

11/17/12 – 3:02 PM – 10800 Bloomfield St. – A report of a window smash and a loss of property sometime in the prior two hours.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY/SHOPLIFT

11/11/12 – 3:45 PM – 11100 Los Alamitos Blvd. – An unauthorized person took property from a business sometime during the day.

11/11/12 – 7:15 PM – 11100 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A person posing as a customer took property from a business.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

11/11/12 – 10:15 AM – 11800 Paseo Bonita – A report of an unauthorized person unsuccessfully attempting to take the victim’s bicycle from an open garage.

11/11/12 – 10:42 AM – 10900 Oak – A report of an unauthorized person taking property from a garage sometime during the prior week.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

11/12/12 – 12:55 PM – 3800 Farquhar – Pedestrian check. A 60-year-old Los Alamitos man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol and not being able to care for himself.

11/13/12 – 6:11 PM – 3200 Katella Ave. – A report of a pedestrian yelling and hitting signs along the roadway.  A Los Alamitos man, 38, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol and being unable to care for himself.

THEFT

11/13/12 – 2:13 PM – 4400 Farquhar Ave. – A report of an unauthorized person entering an unlocked vehicle and taking property approximately a week ago.

11/14/12 – 8:15 AM – 10600 Calle Lee – A report of an unauthorized person taking batteries from two work trucks sometime overnight.

11/16/12 – 8:23 AM – 11000 Via El Mercado – A report of utility equipment being taken sometime overnight.

11/16/12 – 3:09 PM – 5100 Katella Ave. – A report of an unauthorized person taking property from the bed of a pick-up truck sometime in the prior hour.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD/CHECK FRAUD

11/13/12 – 11:38 AM – 10800 Walnut St. – A report of an unauthorized person using the victim’s identifying information to file taxes in another state.

11/16/12 – 1:30 PM – 4200 Katella Ave. – A report of an unauthorized person using the victim’s business information in an attempt to order fraudulent prescriptions the day prior.

MISCELLANEOUS

11/15/12 – 7:09 PM - - Traffic stop.  A 30-year-old Los Alamitos man was arrested for outstanding warrants.

11/16/12 – 2:24 PM – 3100 Katella Ave. – Pedestrian check. A 30-year-old La Palma man was arrested for an outstanding warrant. 

11/16/12 – 9:44 PM – 4500 Katella Ave. – Pedestrian check. A Long Beach man, 20, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
