07/18/12 -- 7:21 a.m. -- Ocean Avenue -- Four men in their 20s baited their fishing pole with a fish and tried to get a bird to eat it.

07/18/12 -- 11:35 a.m. -- Seal Beach Boulevard -- The subject’s vehicle was parked right infront of the location he was visiting when it was stolen.
DISTURBING THE PEACE
07/19/12 -- 7:18 p.m. -- Ocean Avenue -- Subject refused to get out of the ocean and became aggressive at the lifeguard’s request.

07/19/12 -- 1:16 p.m. -- Main and Ocean -- Subjects got into a verbal dispute in a parking lot when one subject pulled into a parking spot that the other was saving and then threatened to beat the subject if he didn’t move his car.

07/19/12 -- 1:52 p.m. -- Ocean Avenue --Two male subjects in their 40s were seen taking pictures of young girls with their camera phones in the bathroom of the Seal Beach pier.

07/19/12 -- 7:39 p.m. -- 1st Street -- The subject’s vehicle was stolen along with his wallet and cell phone, which were in the car. The subject had a hide-a-key on the vehicle.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
07/21/12-- 10:26 a.m. -- Wisteria Street -- Subject was seen walking up and down the street laying on various people’s lawns.
DISTURBANCE-JUVENILLES
07/22/12 -- 1:49 p.m. -- Seal Beach Boulevard -- Juvenilles in parking lot caught loitering, smoking pot, and urinating on walls.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
07/22/12 -- 2:39 p.m. -- Old Ranch Road -- Male and female were parked infront of resident’s home having sex in their car when the police arrived and asked them to get dressed. An additional charge was added for the 20-year-old male for having sex with a juvenille.
