• 12/8/11 – 12:17 PM – 10300 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of an unauthorized person taking a utility trailer sometime overnight.

AUTO BURGLARY

• 12/7/11 – 6:31 PM – 5300 Katella – A report of a vehicle window smash and a loss of property sometime in the prior 45 minutes.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY/SHOPLIFT

• 12/10/11 – 2:36 PM – 10700 Reagan – A report of someone posing as a customer and taking property from a business the prior evening.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

• 12/6/11 – 9:38 PM – 3900 Green – A report of two persons fighting in the alley.  An area check located the pair nearby.  Further investigation based on property in their possession led to an unreported garage burglary.  Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property and burglary.

ASSAULT

• 12/8/11 – 4:32 AM – 3700 Katella Ave. – A report of someone striking an employee while at work.  A 24 year-old woman from Las Vegas was arrested on suspicion of assault, battery, and resisting a peace officer.

DUI

• 12/4/11 – 3:36 AM – Los Alamitos Blvd. and Cerritos Ave. – Vehicle check.  A 21 year-old man from Bellflower was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

THEFT

• 12/5/11 – 7:58 AM – 5100 Kearsarge – A report of an unauthorized person taking potted trees from the front yard of a residence sometime overnight.
• 12/5/11 – 8:59 AM – 11100 Bennington – A report of an unauthorized person taking holiday decorations from the front yard of a residence sometime overnight.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD/CHECK FRAUD

• 12/6/11 – 10:31 AM – 3200 Katella – A report of someone cashing a fraudulent check at a business.
• 12/8/11 – 10:34 AM – 10900 Pine – A report of someone attempting to obtain a cash advance using a fraudulent identification.

MISCELLANEOUS

• 12/4/11 – 7:23 AM – 10900 Oak – A report of a disturbance at a residence. A38 year-old woman from Los Alamitos was arrested for warrants.
• 12/4/11 – 10:16 PM – 11100 Lexington Ave. – A report of a broken vehicle window sometime in the prior 10 minutes.
• 12/6/11 – 2:03 PM – 4200 Katella Ave. – A report of someone damaging a vehicle parked in a business lot.
• 12/7/11 – 8:29 AM – Los Alamitos Blvd. and Florista – Traffic stop.  A 53 year-year-old man from Long Beach was arrested for a warrant.
