PUBLIC WORKS INFORMATION
10/04/2012 — 8 a.m. — Ocean Avenue — A large pool of water was reported in the sand next to a nearby lot. It turned out to be a kiddy pool that someone had left behind.

10/04/20122 — 11:40 a.m. —Seal Beach Boulevard —A woman said she was defrauded out of $30,000 by a company, the name of which was not listed.

10/04/2012 — 11:56 a.m. — Pacific Coast Highway — A naked man was sleeping by the dumpsters.
ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY
10/04/2012 — 12:27 p.m. — 16th Street. — The Orange County Fire Authority was en route to aide an elderly female that fell in the 16th/17th Street Alley. The woman, who was in her 70s, was reportedly conscious and breathing.
TRAFFIC COLLISION – NON-INJURY
10/04/2012 — 2:09 p.m. — Seal Beach Boulevard and Westminster — A red vehicle went over the road into a ditch. Before the crash, the driver was allegedly driving recklessly westbound on Westminster before Seal beach Boulevard on the north side. The driver said he or she was suffereing an an eye injury. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
