INJURED ANIMAL
01/24/2013 —3:34 p.m. — Westminster and Midway — A large bird, possibly a hawk, was found injured in the middle of the street.
DISTURBANCE JUVENILES
01/24/2013 — 6:30 p.m. — Seal Beach Boulevard — A number of juveniles were reported racing on skateboards racing. All were between the 13 and 15 years old and wearing black shirts and jeans. They were also reportedly trying to hold onto vehicles to be pulled along.
DISTURBANCE JUVENILE
01/24/2013 — 7:47 p.m. — Main and Central —Young people were throwing apples at a caller’s car. The young people were detained, and officers spoke with some of their parents.
WELFARE CHECK
01/25/2013 — 10:05 a.m. — Seal Beach Boulevard — A woman was reported wearing no pants in front of the bus stop.
FRAUD REPORT
01/25/2013 — 8:09 p.m. — Montecito Road — A caller mailed a company in Texas $700 and had not received what he or she ordered.
