A man found face-down among some rocks near Seal Beach's southern jetty on Thursday has been identified and his death ruled accidental, a sergeant from the Seal Beach Police Department said today.

The man is Edward Manual Garcia, 60, of Artesia, said Sgt. Phil Gonshak.  He was identified using fingerprints, he said.

"This case is no longer being considered suspicious, but rather, accidental," Gonshak added.
