Man Arrested On Suspicion of Elder Abuse, Trespassing, Vandalism

Also in Los Alamitos crime reports, two vehicles were reported stolen.

STOLEN VEHICLE

05/20/13 – 7:10AM – 10300 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of an unauthorized taking of a work trailer which occurred overnight. The suspect vehicle is a newer model GMC Kodiak.

05/20/13 – 7:10AM – 10300 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of an unauthorized taking of a work trailer which occurred overnight. The suspect vehicle is an older model Chevrolet Silverado.

AUTO BURGLARY

05/20/13 – 9:20PM – 4400 Katella – A report of a vehicle window smash with the loss of personal property from inside which occurred within the past two hours.

05/22/13 – 8:15PM – 4100 Cerritos – A report of a vehicle window smash with the loss of personal property from inside which occurred within the past hour.

05/22/13 – 9:54PM – 3500 Cerritos – A report of a vehicle window smash with the loss of personal property from inside which occurred within the past three hours.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY/SHOPLIFT

05/20/13 – 2:42PM – 10200 Bloomfield – A report of an unauthorized entry into a storage container with the loss of property which occurred within the past several days.

05/22/13 – 11:35AM – 3700 Cerritos – A report of an unauthorized entry into a storage unit with the loss of property which occurred within the past week.

05/25/13 – 11:31AM -3700 Cerritos – A report of an unauthorized entry into a storage unit with the loss of property which occurred within the past three weeks.

ASSAULT

05/20/13 – 9:08AM – 10700 Walnut – A report of a juvenile who was assaulted last week by a family friend.

DUI

05/24/13 – 12:17AM – 11000 Noel – A report of a traffic collision. A 25-year-old Long Beach man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.  

THEFT

05/23/13 – 9:04PM – 10700 Reagan – A report of an unauthorized taking of property from a storage area which occurred within the past hour.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD/CHECK FRAUD

05/20/13 – 5:52PM – 3600 Howard – A report of unauthorized transactions to the victim’s bank account which occurred within the past several days.

05/24/13 – 12:11PM – 3800 Green – A report of unauthorized transactions to the victim’s bank account which occurred within the past several months.

MISCELLANEOUS

05/20/13 – 8:46PM – Bloomfield and Green – A traffic enforcement stop. A 25-year-old Newport Beach man was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

05/20/13 – 10:12PM – Katella and Bloomfield – A traffic enforcement stop. A 25-year-old Long Beach man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a loaded firearm.

05/22/13 – 10:53AM – Katella and Lexington – A traffic enforcement stop. A 52-year-old Santa Ana man was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

05/23/13 – 6:23PM – 11600 Paseo Bonita – A report of a family disturbance. A 43-year-old Seal Beach man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

05/25/13 – 6:12PM – 11600 Paseo Bonita – A report of a family disturbance. A 43-year-old Seal Beach man was arrested on suspicion of for elder abuse, trespassing and vandalism.
