AUTO BURGLARY
2/18/13 — 10:26 PM — 10900 Los Alamitos Blvd — A report of an unauthorized person entering a vehicle by smashing a window and taking a backpack sometime between 7:40 and 8:40 PM.
2/21/13 — 5:48 AM — 3700 La Colmena Ave. — A report of an unauthorized person entering a vehicle by prying the door and taking cash sometime overnight.
2/21/13 — 6:30 AM — 11700 Reagan Ave. — A report of an unauthorized person entering a vehicle by unknown means and taking a toll road transponder and loose change sometime overnight.
2/23/13 — 12:51 PM — 4100 Cerritos Ave. — A report of an unauthorized person entering a vehicle by smashing a window and taking a woman’s purse within the last two hours.
2/23/13 — 12:59 PM — 4600 Lampson Ave. — A report of an unauthorized person entering a vehicle by disabling the locking mechanism and taking a cell phone within the last hour.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
2/19/13 — 1:07 PM — 10600 Oak St. — A report of an unauthorized person entering the victim’s residence by entering through an unlocked sliding door and removing miscellaneous property between 1/18/13 and 2/13/13.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
2/23/13 — 8:14 AM — 11200 Lexington Ave. — Check of a suspicious pedestrian. A 34-year-old Rossmoor man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
THEFT
2/20/13 — 12:20 PM — 11100 Los Alamitos Blvd. — A report of someone taking alcohol from the location within the last 15 minutes.
2/23/13 — 0:09 AM — 5100 Katella Ave. — A report of someone taking a woman’s purse within the last hour.
MISCELLANEOUS
2/18/13 — 6:11 AM — 10400 Los Alamitos Blvd. — A call of 2 subjects vandalizing the victim’s truck at 3:02 AM.
2/18/13 — 11:49 PM — 11200 Pine St. — A check of 2 suspicious subjects causing a disturbance. A 21-year Los Alamitos woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon.
2/21/13 — 4:25 PM — 3800 Howard Ave. — A call of a subject causing a disturbance. A 27-year-old Los Alamitos man was arrested for outstanding warrants.
2/24/13 — 12:56 PM — 3500 Cerritos Ave. — Check of a suspicious pedestrian. A 35-year-old Long Beach man was arrested for outstanding warrants.
