Long-haired Blonde Woman Steals Stuff From Beauty Shop

Also in recent crime calls, a passenger in a pickup truck threw a bottle at a dark blue Volkswagen that was traveling behind it.

PETTY THEFT

04/16/2013 — 3:32 p.m. — 3:32 p.m. — Near Warner and Bolsa Chica — A woman in her 20s with long blond hair allegedly ran out of a beauty shop with items and then left in a silver 2007 4-door Nissan.

DUI

04/17/2013 — 7:38 p.m. — Pacific Coast Highway and Seal Beach Road — A caller said someone in a pickup truck threw a bottle at dark blue Volkswagen that was traveling behind it.

DEAD ANIMAL

04/17/2013 — 6:15 a.m. — Pacific Coast Highway and San Gabriel River — A white cat was reported dead in the gutter. The call was referred to Long Beach Animal Care Services.

VANDALISM

04/17/2013 —9:34 a.m. — Dolphin Avenue — Someone slashed two tires on the caller's silver 2002 Toyota pickup. The caller believes it has to do with the eviction of some nearby residents.
