A two-alarm fire in Rossmoor damaged a three-story apartment building and left a 63-year-old man suffering smoke inhalation.

The blaze was reported at 11:52 p.m. Monday in a third-floor apartment of a center hallway building at 12200 Montecito Road, said Capt. Jon Muir of the Orange County Fire Authority.
