Here's the latest crime reports for Nov. 18 to Nov. 24 from the Los Alamitos Police Department

STOLEN VEHICLE

  • 11/24/12 – 11:00 AM – 10600 Humbolt – A report of an unauthorized person taking a work truck sometime during the prior two days.

  • 11/18/12 – 4:20 PM – 11000 Tarawa – A report of an unauthorized person entering a residence through an unsecured rear window and taking property sometime during the prior three days.

AUTO BURGLARY

  • 11/18/12 – 1:41 PM – 3300 Sausalito – A report of a vehicle window smash and a loss of property from inside sometime during the prior two hours.
  • 11/19/12 – 9:20 AM – 3700 Green (alley) – A report of an unauthorized person entering a secure vehicle by unknown means and taking property from inside sometime overnight.
  • 11/19/12 – 8:25 PM – 10400 Los Alamitos Blvd. – A report of a vehicle window smash and a loss of property from inside sometime during the prior two hours.
  • 11/19/12 – 9:15 PM – 3600 Howard – A report of an unauthorized person entering a secure vehicle by unknown means and taking property sometime overnight.
  • 11/20/12 – 10:09 PM – 10800 Oak – Three vehicle windows were smashed and an unauthorized person also used a previously cut opening of a convertible top to remove property left inside four vehicles on their floorboards and under their seats sometime during the prior four hours.

  • 11/24/12 – 3:05 AM – Katella Ave. and Bloomfield – A report of a disturbance near the intersection.  A 35-year-old Norwalk woman was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery. 

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

  • 11/22/12 – 12:17 AM – 11000 Ticonderoga – A report of a male who had fallen on the street.  A Seal Beach man, 53, was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated in public and unable to care for himself. 

THEFT

  • 11/18/12 – 3:46 PM – 3900 Green – A report of an unauthorized person entering an unlocked vehicle and taking property from inside sometime during the prior three hours.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD/CHECK FRAUD

  • 11/19/12 – 1:51 PM – 10900 Portal – A report of a payroll check being cashed without authorization last week.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • 11/19/12 – 9:09 AM – Katella and Bloomfield – Traffic stop.  A 35-year-old Lynwood resident was arrested for an outstanding warrant. 
  • 11/23/12 – 2:40 AM – 3100 Katella Ave. – Pedestrian check. A 29-year-old man was arrested for outstanding warrants. 
  • 11/24/12 – 2:23 AM – Corporate and Valley View – Pedestrian check. A 29-year-old Cypress man was arrested for an outstanding warrant. 
  • 11/24/12 – 10:11 AM – 3200 Katella Ave. – A report of a child custody violation.
  • 11/24/12 – 8:08 PM – 10700 Bloomfield – Traffic stop. A 42-year-old Wilmington man was arrested for a parole hold.
