Seal Beach Businessman Authors Book

Seal Beach resident Steve Richardson believes it is possible to Become a Better Leader in 30 Days, his book bearing that title giving testament to his conviction.

Richardson's recent release decided to explore the concept, particularly given the thought that it takes 30 days to break a habit. As an antidote, Richardson's book is a 30-day journey that maintains that if you embrace and apply the book's concepts, you really can become a better leader in just 30 days.

Richardson's book, offering his unique perspective, has been met with great reviews on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, according to a press release. "Reviewers have described Become a Better Leader in 30 Days as 'extremely practica,' 'a great book for the practitioner,' and as a 'very common sense approach.'

Richardson, who has been managing people for more than 30 years, believes that running a company, managing a turnaround, or building a business, needs a direct, honest and fair approach.

“One day I was sitting in my office looking at the 10-15 books on leadership sitting on my own bookshelf that I had collected over the years," said Richardson. "As I looked at the titles, I realized that two or three of them had influenced my viewpoints and approach to leadership. In that moment I decided that maybe I should listen to those who had encouraged me through the years to write something. Maybe my unique perspective would add something that would help someone become a better leader.”
