Watch Endeavour Fly Over the Seal Beach Pier

Crowds lined the pier Friday morning to catch this glimpse of the shuttle Endeavour in her final voyage.

History soared overhead Saturday, and the crowds lining the Seal Beach Pier were among the last people who will ever see the Space Shuttle Endeavour flying through the sky.

Awesome Patch reader Beergut shared this video shot from the pier as the shuttle. Enjoy!

GREAT video and I love that you captured all the people leaving the pier! I took some pictures while I was at the pool at McGaugh. I switched my camera to 'video' mode, but apparently didn't push hard enough down on the start button. Disappointed to say the least, but at least I saw it with my own eyes...and this is a GREAT video! A few parents took videos from the playground at McGaugh as well, captured all the kids screaming and running after it as it passed. What a great day!
