Unveils it's Impressive 2013-2014 Season
It seems like just yesterday that 2013's summer was starting, with families busily scurrying to welcome in the patriotic 4th of July, with marching-bands & fireworks in the sky, leading to a huge-multi-colors finale. Now with August and summer almost over, all of us IN-or-NEAR Orange County once again find it's time to start preparing for the unique Segerstrom Center for the Arts outstanding entertainment "Menu" of a plethora of diverse, delightful events in the upcoming season, from autumn-2013-through-summer -2014.
It's uncanny, but, with each new season Segerstrom Center seems to get Bigger-Better-&-More-Universal in literally living up to the promise of "Something For Everyone". Young-or-Old, Classical, Jazz or Broadway... Singers, Dancers or Operas ... Entire Orchestras or Individual Superstars... You will do yourself a favor by getting a copy of their 2013-2014 schedule by dates & by Type-Of-Event, because there's too many Entertainment Goodies to miss.
Just take a Look at the following - Some of the eclectic ways they divide the kinds of shows to choose from: Broadway Series, Curtain Call Series, Specials, Jazz Series, Concert Series, Dance Series, Family Series, Opera--- And, A Very Praiseworthy CABARET Series: (Bernadette Peters (my fav); Patti LuPone; Peter Gallagher; Marilyn Maye-&-Clint Holmes; Jimmy Webb-&-Maureen McGovern)

Egads! There's just not enough space to list all the many fine Concerts, Jazz shows, & numerous Family Series Events. The open preview displayed many impressively touching films & interviews with stars around the country that will be here live & ready this season. They were great, and full of talent & vigor. But, the best part of the preview was seeing several live stars of Jersey Boys & The Wizard of Oz, Beauty & The Beast & The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater right there in front of us, WOW! Nothing can match the excitement & sizzle of these stars, alive. They'll be back for the entire Shows & Show-Stoppers soon. In any case -- the season contains so much talent & the genius of great shows, the schedules, ticket information, etc. is a veritable mountain.
The best advice I can suggest, so no one misses any worthy events they would enjoy is: Contact the Segerstrom office and get the uplifting, detailed information that will do you well for the entire 2013-2014 season. You can reach their Site at the following internet address:
