Los Al Dentist Collects Candy for Soldiers

Edward H. Luong is part of the Halloween Candy Buyback, a program in which dentists "buy" candy from kids and donate it to American troops.

If you've got leftover Halloween candy, there's a Los Alamitos dentist who'll happily take it from you.

No, no, he's not a monster.

He's accepting candy donations and then sending them to American soldiers.
