Breakfast on the go...no problem

No excuses! There is time for breakfast. Start your day with a delicious and nutritious smoothie. Healthy, convenient and portable, smoothies are ideal fuel-on-the-go for breakfast, an afternoon snack or dessert. Smoothies provide important protein, vitamins and minerals.

Smoothies offer incredible versatility. You can use whatever fruits and vegetables are in season or frozen mixed fruits. Get creative, have fun. For even more energy incorporate SuperFoods such as Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds.

Here are a couple of my favorites...
Breakfast Berry-Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 banana
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
Blend all ingredients thoroughly.  

Super Greenie Smoothie...
Ingredients:
1/2 cups kale, fresh or frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 ripe banana
Blend all ingredients thoroughly.

Satisfying and delicious!
