A Bridge to Nowhere: A Hike

My cousin from Mexico is staying with us for a couple of months and we have been showing her around California lately.  This past Monday we went on a hike called Bridge to Nowhere.

I recommend this hike for experienced hiking enthusiasts and for those that have never hiked a trail.  The hike is in Azusa and is about 4.2 miles.  My family and I started the hike at 8:45 am and got back to the car around 1 pm, so be prepared to spend half a day completing the hike.  And definitely wear comfortable shoes!

I have not been on many hikes so I can't really rate the difficulty of this hike by comparison, but I will say that it was not an easy hike.  There is some river crossing involved and the terrain changes every so often.  The view of the bridge, I think, is pretty awesome and well worth the hike.  Apparently, people bungee jump off the bridge so if you are lucky you might catch a show as well.  It’s a great hike to do with your friends or family.  Try it out!  You won’t regret it, I promise.
