Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to your regular Exercise program. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for several minutes at a time in order to stretch the connective tissues (fascia) around the joints.
The three principles in Yin Yoga are:
1. Coming into a pose at an appropriate depth.
2. Resolve to Remain still.
3. Hold the pose for a specific amount of time.
