Rain, Hail, Thunder and Wind: This Storm Has It All

An unstable system has moved in over Orange County bringing rain and thunder as well as coastal waterspout and wind warnings.

No your ears aren’t deceiving you. We’re having a thunderstorm thanks to an unstable weather system, bringing some strange weather with it.

According to the National Weather Service, the area is in for some slight rain, thunder, wind and water spouts just off the coast. Northern Orange County may experience some hail as well, according to the weather service.

The rain and thunderstorms are expected to dissipate by Friday. However, the weather service issued a hazardous weather advisory for high winds from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.

The weekend is expected to bring partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid to low 60s and overnight lows in the 40s.
