Neighbor Smears Feces on Car Door Handles

COUNSELING

• 06/19/2013 — 8:08 a.m. — Cottonwood Lane — A caller has a witness that saw a neighbor allegedly smear feces on the door handles of the caller's 1995 Ford Taurus.

PETTY THEFT REPORT

• 06/19/2013 — 10:30 a.m. — Seal Beach Boulevard — A woman left her purse in a shopping cart a few hours ago and when she returned the purse was missing. It had $50 in it, plus a wallet with credit cards and identification.

ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY

• 06/19/2013 — 12:32 p.m. — Seal Beach Boulevard — A man was reportedly shaking and possibly having a seizure inside a restaurant.

SUPPLEMENTAL

• 06/19/2013 — 2:23 p.m. — 8th Street — A person said they reportedly had video of a neighbor's vehicle being stolen.

PETTY THEFT

• 06/19/2013 — 6:25 p.m. —A woman allegedly stole clothing from Kohl’s. A caller reported she refused to stop for security and was getting into a gray Ford Explorer. She eventually stopped for security and cooperated with them.
