This is the big lie: "The tension isn’t one-sided, either. Los Alamitos residents are criticizing Cypress’s leadership, accusing the city of pushing the project forward with little regard for its impact on the Los Alamitos quality of life."
Cypress leadership is not pushing this project. It hasn't even come before the City Council for consideration.
This is what Los Al residents continue to say and accuse the Council of making a decision they haven't made. Just like the deceptive Underwood video. He presented the Prologis project as if it is under construction. His video was extraordinarily biased.
While I continue to oppose the current state of the Prologis project, I find it ironic that Cypress is accused of having no consideration for Los Alamitos residents while Los Alamitos has demonstrated no consideration for the quality of life for Cypress residents having located the majority of it's industrial zoned area across from the Cypress residential area where I live. They have made no effort to change that in their most recent General Plan proposal.
While I have no problem with many of the concerns raised, the lies coming from certain Los Alamitos residents dominate their arguments. It seems to me that since Rossmoor has been resistant to being annexed by Los Alamitos, there are some that have turned to Cypress to see what they can control.
