House Hunt:Cozy Seven Bedroom, Seven Bath Home Hits the Market

Two new listings this week in Rossmoor raise the area’s total to 32 actively-marketed single family homes while the two new Seal Beach listings make for a total of 55 sellers looking for buyers there.  In Los Alamitos, one home hit the sales rolls this week increasing the active total to 13.  Condos are not included in these counts.

Tallying closed single-family home sales so far this June (as of 6/22) Seal Beach shows eleven, including two in College Park East and three in College Park West, with prices ranging from $561,900 to $1,200,000.  In Rossmoor four single-family homes ranging in price from $579,900 to $765,000 have changed hands.  Los Alamitos has had a single closed sale at $748,000.
